Citizen Life Insurance Company has allocated 11,25,000 unit shares for Nepalese citizens working abroad. This means citizens who are applying from abroad have a lot of chances to get this IPO.

Total People who will get: 1,12,500 (One Lakh Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred) people will get at least 10 units of shares.
The insurance company plans to issue 1,12,50,000 unit shares to the public including locals and Nepalese working abroad.
The general public in Nepal can 90,00,000 units will be issued later to the general public.
5% i.e. 562,500 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares i.e. 562,500 units have been set aside for the mutual funds.
