The first Premier Cup was held in Malaysia in 2014 with only six teams, and Afghanistan was crowned the champions.
This is exciting news for all Nepalis. After qualifying for the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier, we will host a tournament.
Winning this can get us into another two major championships where we can play against Top cricketing nations.

Asian Cricket Council Men’s Premier Cup 2023 will have 10 associate nations participating, and they will compete for the qualification of Asia Cup 2023.

The fixture of ACC Premier Cup 2023
Asian Cricket Council on 23rd March 2023 published the fixtures of the Premier Cup, where 20 games will be played in 10 days (18th April – 27th April 2023) for the group stages.
The top 2 from each group will dance to the semi-final for the knockout stage (28th April – 30th April 2023).
The final of the ACC Men’s Premier Cup 2023 will be played at TU Ground, Kathmandu, on 1st May 2023 at 9:30 am.
