River Falls Power Limited IPO Opening in Nepal April 2022

From Chaitra 27, 2078 another company is issuing its IPO to the general public. River Falls Power Limited a Hydropower company is planning to allow 10% of its equity, which is about 7lakh shares to the locals at rs.100/unit. If the local’s issue is not subscribed fully, then the remaining will be allocated for the public issue.

While the general public is allotted a total of 34.30 lakh units.

You can apply a minimum of 10 units which will cost you rs.1000+CASBA, and you can apply for a maximum of 1,00,000 units.

Banks might charge C-ASBA charges as per their bank’s rule. You can read which bank charges the highest and which banks has free C-ASBA Charges.

About River Falls Power Limited

RFPL was Established on 5th October 2004 and is currently, RFPL is working on constructing a 10.3 MW Down Piluwa Khola Hydropower Project. And the estimated cost of this project is around Rs. 1.89 billion. They have already raised 1.32 billion Nepalese rupees as a loan from Citizen Bank. The project’s construction is going to be on the Piluwa river of Dhandevi Municipality in the Sankhuwasabha district.

This explains why they are issuing IPO to the Locals & general public.
