a. Basic Documents
Before submitting your application form to your desired college or University in Australia, you must decide the course you want to pursue. A passport and Language score is a common documents you will need in every step, so let’s start with that.
Valid Passport

English Language Proficiency Test

High School and Bachelors Graduate Students
After receiving test scores, arranging academic documents, and a Passport, you can apply for University in Australia.
The recommended score is 2.4 GPA or 60% to study in Australia.
If you are applying for a master, you must provide all the academic documents of previous levels, like SLC/SEE and NEB.
GAP Students
If you have a gap year between your education, you must provide valid reasons and supporting documents for your claims.
GAP can be justified with courses | skill development, or work experience but must provide salary slips, certification, appointment letters, or course certificates.

Who can take a Dependent in Student Visa in Australia?

c. Financial Documentation | GTE
After receiving a Letter of Offer from your educational institute, you must show them you can pay your School Fees, Living Expenses, Medical insurance, Travel cost, and Others.
This is probably the most difficult part for many Nepalese students, as the financial conditions of many are not so strong. But it is thoroughly checked for countries like ours, so prepare a strong document.

After the university accepts your application, you must pay the school fee. You must receive NOC Letter ( Application Process for No Objection Certificate) to pay your university fee from Nepal to Australia.
Bank Balance: The minimum recommended amount you should have in your account is around 35 to 40 lakhs if you are applying for a student visa in Australia from Nepal.
Annual Income: Must have annual family income from salary or business income of 17 – 20 lakhs.

Pay University | Collage Fee
The tuition fees will differ based on courses, city, and universities.

After receiving your NOC letter, you must pay the tuition fee from any Commercial bank in Nepal. Compare their charges on transfer and other fees before selecting.
Once your school in Australia receives a fee sent from Nepal, they will provide you with a Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE).
Payments to Australian Universities are protected under Tuition Protection Service (TPS). If your Visa is rejected, your fees will be refunded except for the application fee. – Source
