You can easily add beneficiaries to Emirates NBD Online using mobile or online banking.

This is important If you wish to make payment from Emirates NBD or transfer using digital banking.

It takes no more than a few minutes and is a process that can be done online from the comfort of your home.

Add Beneficiary using ENBD X

There are 6 different methods available to add beneficiaries using the Emirates NBD X app, to add the first login to your mobile app then follow th steps listed below for different uses.

For Local Transfers

Tap Local Transfer > Transfer to a new beneficiary
Enter the IBAN and Done
Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

For international transfers

Tap International Transfer > Transfer to a new beneficiary
Select bank transfer, choose a currency, enter the details, and Next
Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

For FastPay

Tap Transfer to a new mobile number
Select from the phone book or enter the beneficiary name, number, and Next
Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

For Western Union transfers

Tap International Transfer > Transfer to a new beneficiary
Select Western Union, proceed, enter the beneficiary and payment details, then Continue
Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

For telecom/utility/RTA/fine bill payments

Tap Pay Bills> Start a new payment
Select the service, enter the relevant details and Next
Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

For Credit Card payments

Tap Credit card payments > Pay a new card
Enter the relevant details and Next
Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

How to remove a beneficiary

If you want to remove someone as a beneficiary then simply follow the steps listed below.

Log in to Mobile Banking.
Tap the menu at the bottom of the app.
Select any of the services within Transfers.
Select the beneficiary you would like to remove, and Swipe left over it.
Tap Delete and confirm.
